What is the Arkansas digital library consortium? ›

The Arkansas Digital Library Consortium (ADLC) is an open consortium formed to facilitate the acquisition and use of digital content by pooling the buying power of Arkansas public libraries.

A digital Library is a library which maintains its collection in digital form and make the same available to its patrons through electronic medium. A digital library does exists physically. On the other hand a virtual library is a library build on the internet and which does not exist physically.

Within any of the campus libraries, outside visitors may freely use most library resources — including selected electronic resources accessible through the public computers. While students have first priority on library computers, guest access is available. Hours of service vary by department and branch library.
