DO NOT GOTO THIS BUSINESS!!!!! They have absolutely NOidea what they are doing. Wewent toLitehouse inRavenna for 3separate water test.. The girl behind the counter kept saying pour more shock into the water, all the other numbers look good. The pool remained green.. this last time wewent upto get awater test wewere informed our acid level iscrazy high and putting the chlorine like advised bythem was actually causing more damage… Now wehave todrain a28' pool completely!!!! Icalled and talked tothe manager Steve and headmitted the staff was completely wrong and heis going toteach them onacid levels… COOL! You have employees performing water test and informing people how totake care oftheir pools AND THEY HAVE NOCLUE WHAT THEY ARE SAYING! Weare out hundreds and hundreds ofdollars because ofLitehouse and their ignorance. Then Steve had the nerve totell methatI, asa pool owner need tolearn what Iam doing… Ummmm.... IFI KNEW WHAT IWAS DOING IWOULDNT HAVE CAME TOYOUR BUSINESS NUMEROUS TIMES FOR WATER TESTS AND RELIED ONYOUR IGNORANT EMPLOYEES TOBEGIN WITH!!!!… – show

Pool service. They lie toyour face. Sold usa heater that didn’t work and said homeowners install them themselves dont waste the money oninstallation ofthe heater. Heater never worked out ofbox. Byinstalling itourselves voided the warranty and they wouldn’t exchange itor refundit. Dont buy off litehouse buyers beware!!!! They are liars

I purchased apool sweeper last June and buy the end ofAugust the Bristles were falling apart. Itook itin toget itreplaced and they did not have the one Ipurchased, They gave methe cheaper one Iwas told take itor leaveit. Thank you for that. IWAS agood customer asI purchased mypool from that store.I now will bebuying mystuff online and will nolonger need your pool supplies ortreatment

I donot recommend buying apool from litehouse. Mypool isn't even 90days old and already having serious issues. Icall Litehouse Corp and get aservice rep that isclueless about pools. Litehouse uses athird party installation company, Absolute Pools, that isjust awful towork with. I'ld rather deal with Spectrum aka Timewarner cable than this company.
Spare yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.00
